Justin Cochrane is the Founder, Director and CEO of Carbon Streaming Corp.  Mr Cochrane has over 20 years of experience in the structuring, negotiation, execution and funding of royalty and stream financing contracts around the world, totaling over $2 billion across 50+ projects.

Prior to Carbon Streaming he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nickel 28 Capital Corp, the COO of Cobalt 27 Capital Corp, and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Sandstorm Gold Ltd., where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and executing royalty and stream financing solutions across the globe. In addition, Mr. Cochrane has over 9 years of investment banking experience where he held the position of Vice President at National Bank Financial.

Mr. Cochrane holds the designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of British Columbia.
