Mr.  Regan has had an extensive career in business operations, management consulting and financial services in Europe and North America including as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development for DHX Media. global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney in the Financial Institutions Group and prior to that role he worked with Canada's Export Development Corporation. In these positions he worked with clients in the entertainment and financial services industries throughout North America, Europe and Asia to provide financing, corporate development and business strategy advisory services.

Mr. Regan holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and a BBA Honours degree from the Gerald Schwartz School of Business St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. Mr. Regan serves as CEO of Sona Nanotech, a director of Norvista Capital Corporation, chairman of Watts Wind Energy Inc., and is the Atlantic Canada chapter chair of the Ernest C. Manning Innovation Awards.
